So I have this new obsession.

Bill, Sookie, Jason, Tara, Sam, Eric... and all of the other crazy characters in True Blood. It is addicting, and thanks to OnDemand and hours of nothing to do on my days off this summer, I have been feeding my addiction.

And I never jumped on the Twilight train.

I am already almost done with the second season and every single episode has left me dying for more. I have laughed and I have cried, and I have completely fallen in love series.

Bill Compton, Vampire or not, is one sexy thing.

Anyways... I am obsessed.. Back to Bon Temp!!!

Counting Down...

Once again my count down has commenced! For what? JOHN MAYER!!!! I am seeing him 4th row in August and I can't wait. If his last concert blew my mind, I don't know it I will survive being that close to him!!! I can't wait!!!!!

My Life is Beautiful... an Dirty Rich

So the last week has been quite successful. I went to the AGD formal with Andrew Henderson, and I always have a good time with him. I tackled a few Long Island Ice Tea's with Taylor on Saturday, and then the world tackled us to the ground. Sunday was lazy, but I ended the day with a dance party in the pissing rain, and a cup of Hot cocoa. Monday was back to reality, and back to classes. Tuesday I hit up the Gym with Jessielyn, and I can see that turning into an obsession all over again, but there are worse addictions, right?

Yesterday, I hung out with the lovely Kate Hockett, Jenny Rose, and Jessielyn and I showed them the way to a Dirty Rich life style. And then it was back to the annex for study time with miss Jenny.

Night time walks through the sketchy path home from the annex nearly gave me a heart attack.

Anyways.... I gotta run... back to class.

Are you there Gin? It's me Lauren...

How have I fallen in love with this elixir of juniper? When all my friends are ordering cider, or vodka cranberry, or cosmos, all I ever think about ordering is Gin with a splash of tonic and a twist of lime. I am sure that my obsession with the good ole' Gin started in Spain, because nothing can quench your thirst in the arid Spanish heat like an ice cold gin and tonic.

I am thinking of installing this in my apartment in the city...
